While Switzerland is not noted for any particular fountains, its towns and villages are rich in charming watering places. This book takes a leisurely stroll, acquainting the reader with the fountains of Switzerland-simple and ornate, old and new. Their waters mirror the history and legends of the country.

Remains particularly and surprisingly well-preserved. Tight, bright, clean and sharp-cornered. Fine cloth copy with lightly shelf wear in a very good dustjacket.
